Sorry about not getting back to you earlier. From the looks of it, you are using a modified default skin.
You can put the title at the bottom of the page by opening the "header.inc" file inside your /skins/default/ directory and copying everything inside the <h1></h1> tags and pasting it into the "footer.inc" file, inside the <div id="copyrights"></div> section.
